Payments for services must be made through Vurks’ secure payment system.
Vurks may hold funds in escrow until the project is completed to your satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with the work delivered, contact the professional to resolve the issue.
If a resolution cannot be reached, Vurks may mediate the dispute. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
Upon full payment, you own the rights to the work delivered by the professional, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
