3. Payments & Transactions

Vurks does not process payments or handle project fees. All transactions should be conducted directly between customers and service providers.

  • Clarify pricing, payment terms, and additional costs before hiring a provider.
  • Request invoices or receipts where necessary for record-keeping.

4. Service Experience & Feedback

  • Ensure clear agreements on scope, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Be fair and constructive when providing feedback or reviews.
  • Report any fraudulent activities, poor service, or misconduct to Vurks support.
  • Allow providers a reasonable opportunity to address any concerns or revisions.

5. Ethical Conduct & Fair Usage

  • Do not engage in fraudulent requests, misleading inquiries, or spam.
  • Respect the time and effort of service providers.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent Vurks by taking business off-platform before proper engagement.
  • Avoid discriminatory or inappropriate behavior.

6. Disputes & Conflict Resolution

  • Attempt to resolve misunderstandings directly with the service provider first.
  • If necessary, escalate disputes through appropriate legal or mediation channels.
  • Vurks is not responsible for disputes regarding payments, service quality, or agreements.

7. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

  • Ensure that your requests and engagements comply with local, national, and international laws.
  • Adhere to ethical business practices and avoid requesting illegal or unethical services.

8. Account Suspension & Violations

  • Any violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from Vurks.
  • If you believe an action against your account was unfair, you may appeal through our support team.
